Halftime Health is a telehealth service. Where we can offer care is determined by

state medical-licensure and pharmacy regulations. The Service is offered

nationwide. The state you select during sign-up must

be your state of residence; this list is the authoritative reference for the

eligibility statement in our Terms of Service.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed physician.

Halftime Health is a telehealth platform, not a licensed medical provider or pharmacy. All clinical evaluations and prescriptions are provided by independently licensed physicians of Arora Health and/or its subsidiary entities.

This is not emergency care. Halftime Health does not provide urgent or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you have an adverse reaction, book a $49 physician visit. We do not staff a medical-crisis on-call.
